We're looking for a Creative Director to join our team! You will play a key role in shaping and elevating the visual identity of Bellesa, ensuring that our brand remains innovative, engaging, and aligned with our mission.

Role Overview

As Creative Director , you will be responsible for leading and executing Bellesa's visual strategy across all digital and print platforms. You'll oversee brand design, campaign development, and content creation, ensuring every visual element aligns with our bold, inclusive, and sex-positive brand identity. This role requires a visionary leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about creating work that challenges societal norms.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the visual identity of Bellesa , ensuring consistency across all channels, including website, social media, email marketing, packaging, and advertising.
• Lead the creative team, providing vision, mentorship, and clear direction to designers, photographers, and freelancers.
• Develop and execute innovative campaigns and marketing assets that drive engagement, growth, and brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to create high-impact visuals that tell compelling stories.
• Oversee and guide the art direction of photoshoots and video productions , ensuring brand alignment and high-quality execution.
• Stay ahead of trends in design, branding, and the sexual wellness industry , continuously innovating and pushing creative boundaries.
• Maintain a deep understanding of Bellesa's audience and use insights to develop targeted, meaningful creative strategies.
• Ensure all creative work aligns with the company's mission of destigmatizing pleasure and promoting inclusivity .

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in creative leadership roles (Creative Director, Art Director, or similar), preferably in e-commerce, beauty, lifestyle, or wellness.
• A strong portfolio showcasing brand-building, campaign development, and digital content creation.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other industry-standard design tools.
• Experience in art directing photoshoots and video productions.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, digital marketing, and branding strategies.
• A bold, innovative, and strategic mindset with the ability to balance creativity and business objectives.
• Leadership skills with experience managing design teams, freelancers, and external creative partners.
