About the Role:
A global manufacturer of cutting-edge electronic components is seeking a bilingual Cost Analyst to join its Japan-based finance team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in cost accounting and financial analysis within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and report on product cost structures, variances, and profitability
Lead standard costing processes and ensure accurate cost roll-ups
Partner with operations and supply chain teams to support cost control initiatives
Prepare monthly cost reports and support budgeting/forecasting cycles
Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies
Support audits and continuous improvement projects
Ideal Candidate:

5+ years of experience in cost accounting or financial analysis in a manufacturing setting
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proficient in both Japanese and English (business level or higher)
Strong Excel and ERP system skills (SAP preferred)
Detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative mindset
