As a Concierge Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service and engagement since you will be working with people at a corporate site.

Responsibilities for Concierge Security Guard
Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
Manage access control
Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
Answer questions in person or by phone
Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
Qualifications For Concierge Security Guard
3 years in corporate security or law enforcement or military background
Be authorized to work in Canada
Hold a valid security license
De-escalation skills required
First aid certification is required
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
