We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Event Operations Planner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating and executing a wide range of corporate events, ensuring that every logistical aspect is flawlessly managed to create exceptional and impactful experiences for our clients and attendees.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, requirements, and preferences, translating them into comprehensive event plans.
  • Develop detailed event timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies to ensure smooth execution and cost-effectiveness.
  • Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure the best services and rates while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including transportation, catering, audiovisual setup, decor, and more, to guarantee flawless operations.
  • Manage event registration processes, attendee communications, and coordination to provide a seamless experience from pre-event to post-event phases.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align event goals with marketing, branding, and communication strategies.
  • Troubleshoot any on-site challenges that arise during events, making quick and effective decisions to maintain a positive guest experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and regulatory requirements related to events.
  • Evaluate the success of events through post-event analysis, gathering feedback, and identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience, Is a plus not a requirement.)
  • Experience in corporate event planning and operations,,
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities to secure the best services within budget constraints.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
