**Conventional Machinist** **Pay** **_:_** $35/hr **Location:** Azusa, CA **Shift:** Monday-Friday 6am- 2:30pm | 5-10 hours of overtime provided weekly **Please email me your resume at** **dargutierrez@aerotek. com** **or call/text me at** **562 566 4704** **Description:** + Set up and operate conventional/manual machines + You will be repairing/machining on in house parts: gears etc + Performing layouts, setting up and operating conventional machine tools as required + Reading and interpreting all drawings, including geometric dimensioning and tolerancing + Select appropriate cutting tools + Ensure parts meet tight tolerances + Expertise in precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) **_*EXPERIENCE WITH THE FOLLOWING IS ENCOURAGED TO APPLY*_** Turret Lathe Engine Lathe Horizontal Boring Mill Vertical Boring Mill Radial Drill Planer Mill **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
