Agilus is recruiting for a Contracts Coordinator in the staffing services industry in a hybrid work environment in Calgary, Alberta.

Agilus Work Solutions is hiring a Contracts Coordinator for a 6-month temporary assignment. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in contractor onboarding and assignment management within a collaborative, fast-paced environment. A typical day:

• Coordinate onboarding activities for new contractors.
• Distribute onboarding communications and manage pre-screening requirements.
• Set up contractors in internal systems for payroll and time tracking.
• Provide support to contractors during assignment start-up.
• Monitor compliance with client requirements and safety certifications.
• Manage documentation for contract changes and off-boarding.
• Collaborate with Payroll to resolve timesheet and invoicing issues.
• Ensure smooth assignment management and contractor support.

Successful candidates will have:

• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Post-secondary education or experience in HR or contracts management is an asset.
• Proven customer service experience and service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Team player with a collaborative attitude
• Reliable and dependable with a strong sense of urgency.
• Technologically adept and comfortable with internal systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Total rewards:

• $50000.00 annually
• Fixed-term contract with a salary of $50,000 plus 4% vacation pay.
