As a Companion Caregiver, you’ll play a key role in improving the lives of our clients by offering non-medical, hands-on support. You’ll work under the supervision of a Care Coordinator and provide companionship, basic care, and essential daily assistance—while observing and documenting the client's condition and care.

What You’ll Do:

Offer friendly companionship and emotional support

Help with dressing and undressing

Assist with light housekeeping and laundry

Change bed linens and maintain a clean living space

Provide medication reminders

Plan and prepare simple, nutritious meals

Assist with feeding if needed

Encourage social interaction and daily engagement

Report any changes in client condition to our care team

Document care provided in line with our standards

Requirements:

Ability to read, follow instructions, and document care

Compassionate and dependable with good hygiene

Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

Must pass a competency and skills test (80% or higher)

Valid driver’s license and insured, reliable vehicle

Completion of required caregiver training (we can help with that!)

Must be at least 19 years old

Must be able to pass a thorough background check
