As Chief Operating Officer, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, working closely with the CEO to align and optimize all operational functions. Your mandate will include unifying distinct service divisions under a streamlined operational structure, enhancing visibility and performance across business units, and implementing scalable systems and processes to support growth.

This is a  hands-on leadership role ideal for a candidate with both strategic vision and operational discipline—someone who can lead change and deliver measurable results in areas such as estimating, supply chain management, and field operations.
