The Role

• As the Head of Finance, you will lead the finance function for the Japan entity, partnering closely with business leaders to drive strategic decision-making and ensure robust financial governance.
• This role reports to the APAC Vice President of Finance and has a dotted line to the Japan Country Manager.

Your Skills

• Bilingual fluency in Japanese and English (written and spoken).
• Proven people management experience, leading diverse teams.
• Strong background in Finance Business Partnering, Accounting, and Internal Controls.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and provide actionable insights.
• Experience in a multinational environment with complex matrix reporting.
