Company description

Clydesdale Beer & Wine Store is a private liquor store located in Cloverdale, BC. We are now hiring for a Full-Time Liquor Store cashier/ stocker.

Job Duties

• Providing an exceptional customer service experience
• Providing customers with knowledge of products if needed
• Keeping shelves and cooler well stocked
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
• Preventing sale of liquor or tobacco to/for minors or the intoxicated
• Cashier duties such as: managing cash, accepting payments, and bagging/boxing purchases efficiently

Requirements:

• Must be able to work evenings
• Must be able to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday
• Must be available to work on Holidays
• Must be at 19+ years of age
• Customer service skills
• Serving It Right certification
• Cash handling experience
• Product knowledge is definitely an asset.
• Must be able to consistently lift upwards of 50 lbs of liquor boxes.
• Must be able to multitask all the job responsibilities listed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $17.40 per hour.

Expected hours: 30 per week
