Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while accurately processing transactions. As a Cashier, you will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers, ensuring they leave satisfied and eager to return.

Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed.
Accurately process sales transactions using the cash register or point-of-sale system and lottery.
Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Upsell products and promote special offers to enhance customer experience.
Conduct product demonstrations to inform customers about features and benefits.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Manage time effectively to minimize wait times during busy periods.

Experience
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers effectively.
Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly checkout process.
Familiarity with technical sales or product demos is advantageous but not mandatory.
Demonstrated ability in phone etiquette for handling customer calls when necessary.

Job Types: Part time, Permanent

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20  30 per week

Shift: 4 to 8 hour shift
Evening shift
Night shift Work days:

Weekends as needed
