Description A leading immigration law firm is seeking a skilled Business Immigration Attorney to provide immediate support on a remote, long-term contract basis. This role requires hands-on experience with complex visa classifications (O-1, EB-1, EB-2 NIW), strong RFE/NOID drafting skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload with minimal oversight. The ideal candidate will also bring a strategic mindset to client matters and experience supporting corporate or high-profile clients in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities + Prepare and file petitions for O-1, EB-1, and EB-2 NIW visa classifications. + Draft and respond to RFEs and NOIDs with comprehensive legal analysis and supporting evidence. + Manage a busy docket of business immigration cases, ensuring timely filings and compliance with USCIS requirements. + Conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance on complex immigration issues. + Partner with case managers, paralegals, and other attorneys to ensure accuracy and efficiency. + Communicate directly with clients on case progress, documentation needs, and next steps. Requirements Qualifications + Member of a U.S. state bar or the Washington, D.C. Bar (active and in good standing). + 3-5+ years of business immigration experience with a strong focus on O-1, EB-1, and EB-2 NIW cases. + Demonstrated success preparing RFEs, appeals, and other complex case filings. + Proven ability to manage high-volume caseloads and meet strict deadlines. + Excellent written and oral advocacy skills. + Experience supporting corporate clients, high-profile individuals, or high-volume immigration practices strongly preferred. + Must be able to work West Coast business hours.
