業務内容
Job Responsibilities:・Act as a Business Analyst in the design and implementation phases of the OMS system.・Engage in the creation of design documents and the documentation of system requirements, with the upstream design phase nearing completion and the project now in the implementation stage.・Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and assist in the creation and execution of test cases as needed.・Analyze and propose improvements to relevant business processes, translating system requirements into business requirements.・Leverage knowledge of front, back, and middle-office business processes to smoothly drive the project forward.・Collaborate closely with the global team, working alongside the Project Manager (PM) and other BAs to ensure the successful execution of tasks.

求められる経験
Required Skills & Experience:
・7-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
・Experience working in securities firms, trust banks, or asset management companies, with experience in system design.
・Strong ability to define and document requirements.
・Proficiency in English (Japanese language skills are a plus).

・Knowledge of OMS, swift, NRI, Istar, Tstar, and related systems.
・Experience with waterfall development methodologies.
・Understanding of UAT and the creation of test cases and testing procedures.
・Experience with Scrum development, particularly in design and testing, is preferred.
