Optimize and extend the use of Veeva Vault PromoMats and related modules (Claims, DAM, Modular Content).
Lead business process discovery, workshops, and solution design.
Translate complex requirements into functional and technical documentation.
Support full E2E content supply chain model implementation and compliance.
Collaborate with clients to define processes, workflows, and integration strategies.
Deliver Veeva best practices, demos, proposals, and RFP responses.
Use data analysis to support design decisions and enhance performance.
Stay updated on Veeva product releases and mentor junior resources.
Prior consulting experience with strong client-facing communication skills.
Hands-on experience implementing Veeva PromoMats for pharma, medical device, or life sciences clients.
Familiarity with Claims, MLR review, DAM, Modular Content .
Experience with Veeva Vault , CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and regulated content management systems.
Proven ability to articulate technical concepts to business and executive audiences.
Veeva certifications (e.g., Vault Platform Admin, CRM Admin).
Additional Veeva certifications.
Knowledge of life sciences compliance (e.g., GxP, GcP).
Experience with DAM tools (e.g., Adobe, Bynder) and Agile delivery.
Project management certification.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
