The Role
* You will primarily be working with internal stakeholders in Japan and across APAC to support the implementation of the company's software solutions into their clients.
* You'll be bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders, in an Agile development environment - typically you'll be understanding the pain points in the business and then working to solve those issues.

Your Skills
* Fluent Japanese and English are mandatory for this role.
* Previous business analysis in the insurance sector (ideally P&C insurance, but could consider other areas too).
* A strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

* 11,000,000 yen - 14,000,000 yen
