Job Description

Bookkeeping Clerk Canada Pathway Foundation Location: 3 South Gate Pwy, St. Thomas, ON Salary: 37.00 hourly / 35 hours per week Full-time Day, Evening, Weekend, Morning Starts as soon as possible Benefits: Other benefits Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents Schedule and confirm appointments Respond to employee questions and complaints Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions Perform basic bookkeeping Oversee the preparation of reports Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc. Work with minimal supervision Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages Answer electronic inquiries.
