Job Title: Bilingual Safety Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Track and verify employee Safety Publication sign-off sheets in Formstack and maintain records in Excel.
Update and distribute monthly Safety Document reports to managers and field leadership; send reminders for missing items.
Maintain accurate records of General Forepersons, adding/removing as needed based on employment status.
Send monthly PowerSafe reports and AEP hours/incident summaries to relevant stakeholders.
File Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) from field crews and assist with CPR/First Aid certification tracking.
Process weekly employee updates post-payroll in Manager Plus (hires, terminations, etc.).
Ensure new hire paperwork is complete in ClearCompany; translate documents (English/Spanish) as needed.
Respond to customer inquiries, routing them to the appropriate General Foreperson.
Support LCQP qualifications, including grading, credential issuance, and system updates.
Create and manage various Excel safety reports (Crew Observations, Safety Inspections, etc.).
Assist with scheduling and distributing Safety Conference Call minutes.
Provide safety paperwork support and training to field staff via phone, email, or in person.
Help with front office duties as needed.
Requirements:
1. Proficiency in MS Excel
2. Bilingual in English and Spanish
3. Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, safety experience is a plus
