Job Description

ICBD Holdings is looking for a qualified BCBA for a test position to join our dynamic team. This role will involve the design, implementation, and monitoring of behavior-analytic programs for individuals diagnosed with autism and other related conditions. The BCBA will collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure that high-quality, evidence-based practices are being followed and that the needs of our clients are being met in an effective manner. Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Conduct assessments, including functional behavior assessments and skills assessments.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs and other support staff.
• Monitor client progress through data analysis, adapting interventions as necessary.
• Write clear and concise reports for families and funding sources.
• Collaborate closely with families to engage them in the treatment process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and research in the field of ABA.

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience in providing ABA therapy (2+ years preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to ethical standards and maintaining professional conduct.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
