As a Non-Prime Finance Manager youll receive hands-on training that covers every aspect of dealership operations setting you on the path to leadership. Heres what youll master:

• Client Acquisition & Lead Generation : Learn how to attract and retain customers using our top-tier lead generation tools.
• Vehicle Acquisition : Select from over 1000 vehicles to meet client needs and manage inventory.
• Finance Management : Structure and secure financing deals by working directly with financial institutions.
• Inventory Management : Oversee inventory to ensure optimal vehicle selection and availability.
• Payroll Management : Gain experience managing commission bonuses and salaries for employees.
• Compliance & Lender Relations : Ensure all financial and legal requirements are met while maintaining strong lender relationships.
• Employee Recruitment & Management : Recruit manage and lead your own team.
• ESA Compliance : Ensure adherence to the Employment Standards Act (ESA) for smooth operations.
