Your next opportunity awaits at Fletcher Jones Management West. We are hiring an Office Assistant to join on centralized Regional Business Office team!

The Office Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations of our office. The Office Assistant provides administrative support and assists with day-to-day tasks. This position requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Process daily bank deposit.
  • Process and track returned checks.
  • Submit all service contracts and aftermarket products.
  • Process all service contract cancellations.
  • Reconcile schedules.
  • Collections small claims.
  • Working very closely with Regional Controller on completing daily tasks.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a dealership business office strongly preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task with competing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative nature.

Pay: $18 - $22 / hour
