Automotive Experience or Interest, for Auto Parts and Auto Service as needed.

Duties include:
Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle; obtaining customer's approval of estimates; obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers; answering questions and concerns; arranging towing and temporary transportation.
Maintains automotive records by recording problems and corrective actions planned.
Good sales and customer service experience to capture the sale and stay competitive in the marketplace!

Ability to learn parts software to build quotes and sell parts
Organizational skills to do Aisle maintenance, Audit back parts and facing for the retail floor.
