The Opportunity:

As the Auto and Personal Lines Advisor, you will be a key member of our office team, building rapport with clients and providing exceptional service.  Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months auto and personal lines experience. This position has great earning potential with a base rate of pay (varies depending on experience) along with commissions. You will work out of our West Vancouver location and hours of work will be Monday to Friday, and will vary depending on specific needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Offer and provide excellent customer service to our valued customers;
  • Assisting walk-in customers with the help of our experienced team;
  • Handling ICBC transactions, batching, learning auto and personal lines;
  • Monitoring, processing and follow-up existing business office criteria.

Required skills:

  • An active level 1 or 2 general insurance license
  • Willing to upgrade to level 2 license
  • Must have basic ICBC and Personal Lines knowledge (minimum 6 months experience)
  • A positive attitude and exceptional organizational skills
  • Tam/Powerbroker experience considered an asset
  • Must be able to work individually as well as part of a team
  • Flexibility with schedule and job duties
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Solid communication skills (verbal and written)

Compensation

$43,000 - $48,000 annually
