In this Production Assembler position, you will be responsible for various assembly tasks, working with basic tools and ensuring that every component meets stringent quality standards. We are looking for candidates who can work efficiently and safely, whether independently or as part of a team. Your contribution is crucial to the success of the manufacturing & logistics operations. We have multiple full-time shifts available to suit your lifestyle—Days, Afternoons, or Nights—all with consistent Monday to Friday schedules and no rotations, allowing for a predictable work-life balance. Responsibilities
- Assemble components accurately and efficiently according to specifications and work orders.
- Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively.
- Perform visual inspections on parts and finished products to ensure they are free of visible defects or damage.
- Complete quality checklists and other required documentation with precision.
- Use a tape measure and apply basic math skills to ensure components meet precise measurements.
- Identify and correct situations that could jeopardize the safety of yourself and your colleagues.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized workstation to promote efficiency and safety.
- Collaborate with team members and management to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Perform other duties as directed or required by management to support the manufacturing & logistics team.
Qualifications
- Must have a keen eye for detail to ensure product quality and accuracy.
- Must be physically fit and capable of meeting the physical demands of the role.
- Previous assembly experience (1 to 3 months) in a manufacturing setting is a strong asset.
- Demonstrated proficiency with a tape measure and basic math skills is essential.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with precision.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
- Must be legally eligible to work full-time in Ontario.
- A positive attitude and the eagerness to learn and contribute to the team's success.
