A prestigious luxury group is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join its Tokyo-based division. This role is ideal for a finance professional who combines precision, leadership, and strategic treasury insight to support a portfolio of globally renowned brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead AR operations, ensuring timely collections and accurate reconciliations.
Manage treasury functions including cash flow forecasting and banking relationships.
Supervise and mentor a small finance team, fostering growth and collaboration.
Partner with internal departments and regional HQ to ensure compliance and reporting accuracy.
Drive process improvements and support system enhancements.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in AR, treasury, and team management within a multinational environment.
Fluency in Japanese and English (written and spoken).
Strong understanding of local accounting practices and internal controls.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
