Job Description

We are seeking skilled Appliance Repair Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining home appliances while delivering excellent customer service. Technicians will receive ongoing training to stay up to date with new appliances and technologies, ensuring high-quality and efficient service for customers.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair home appliances and equipment.
  • Provide cost estimates for repairs.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding services needed.
  • Order parts and ensure efficient use of company materials.
  • Collect payment for work performed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work vehicles.
  • Complete customer information and reports accurately.
  • Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge and skills.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience as an Appliance Repair Technician or similar role
  • Familiarity with schematics and technical manuals
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of electrical systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • EPA certification and Sealed System Experience is a big plus
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and at least 18 years old
