Job Summary:
As an industry category market expert the job is to be the go to person for all product related matters. The main responsibility is to work with the MD team and production management team to develop products that meet market needs.

Responsibilities:
・With strong product foresight and deep product experience we create
attractive designs silhouettes and practical features for consumers.
・Work closely with JDS （Japan Direct Sourcing Japan market only） 　
development vendors and SRT team to leverage resources to complete 　
business needs.
・Accurately understand outdoor/apparel trends through market research and
make appropriate design proposals.
・Fully communicate the value of developed products to internal and external
stakeholders in a multifaceted setting.
・Performs other duties as assigned

最終学歴	大学卒： 学士号

スキル・資格

Basic Qualifications:
・A minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising apparel designing
・Thorough knowledge of designing of sports/outdoor and/or casual wear
・Proven working experience as a product designer or in related field
・A strong interest in the outdoors and fashion
・Creative and innovative thinking skills
・Passion for outdoor wear and outdoor activities
・Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment prioritize tasks and stay on 　
calendar
・Must be a team player and have a positive flexible attitude
・Must be a self starter proactive curious and creative problem solver
・Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
・Phone use of computer hardware/software（adbe Illustorator Photoshop） 　
including keyboard typing physical ability to sit and stand for long
periods of time
・Bachelor’s degree and above
