Responsibility of the materials and services GR/IR accounts of AGCO factories, Matching invoices to Purchase Orders and Goods Receipts - SAP Open text Vendor invoice Management system. Supplier statement reconciliations and supplier query resolution Internal stakeholders (purchasing and receiving teams) GRIR follow-up. Month end close responsibilities
**Your Impact**
+ Responsibility for the payable's ledger: accurate and timely entries in the payable's ledger, month end reconciliation of the payable's ledgers.
+ The work will involve resolving matters that come up with matching problems, missing invoices, missing goods receipts.
+ Identify discrepancies existing between goods receipt and quantity invoiced for a purchase order producing an artificial debit or credit balance.
+ The GR/IR clearing account checks the quantity of goods received against the quantity of goods invoiced therefore this role needs to ensure GR/IR accounts are kept up to date with aged items being regularly followed up and cleared based on ageing purchase order reports Issue resolution / analytical / problem solving skills.
+ Logical thinking. End to end Purchase to Pay process understanding
**Your Experience and Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance
+ 1-3 years working experience as an account's payable analyst/GRIR analyst
+ Fluency in both English and German.
+ SAP knowledge is an advantage
