募集ポジション: 東日本チーム カスタマーコンサルタント

役割と責任： 豚用ワクチン・医薬品等に関するプロモーション、学術情報の提供など
養豚生産者へのコンサルテーション、担当エリアにおける販売予算の達成。
主たる業務： 市場情報を収集し事業部方針に基づき担当テリトリーの販売戦略を立案、
F2Fまたはリモートで顧客を訪問し自社製品のプロモーションを図る、
コンサルタント獣医の協力を仰ぎ農場訪問やテクニカルセミナーを開催、
リベートなどのインセンティブを活用して特約店と連携する。
経験・ｽｷﾙ： ３～１０年程度の動物用医薬品または畜産関連製品の営業経験者。
営業スキル、ベーシックな農場の飼養管理や疾病対策の知識。
求められる要件：
１）コミュニケーション能力： 営業として顧客・特約店・獣医など様々な関係者とのやり取りがあるため高い対人能力・ﾌﾟﾚｾﾞﾝﾃｰｼｮﾝｽｷﾙが求められる
２）営業スキル： 基礎セリングなどの営業スキル、計画的な訪問や各種ツールの使用により効率的に営業活動ができる方
３）養豚業知識： 単に製品を販売するだけでなく農場へのコンサルテーションが出来る営業を志向しており（例：養豚場換気ｼｽﾃﾑ提案）、養豚業或いはその他畜産業の知識に明るい方が望ましい
４）ITスキル： Excel、Word、PowerPoint、Outlook、Teamsなどの基礎的なｱﾌﾟﾘｹｰｼｮﾝｽｷﾙ
５）遵法意識： 社内のコンプライアンスルール、薬機法などの法令を遵守できる方
＊獣医師国家資格、畜産学科学位、HACCP・JGAP審査員資格、英語力があれば望ましい
