Job Title – AMTPM219-Technical Product Manager
Client - CITI
Office location : - Mississauga, ON, Canada, Hybrid (3 days onsite in a week)
Type : Fulltime.
Description
Key Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, requirements gathering, planning, development, and launch
Translate business needs into technical requirements and work closely with engineering teams to deliver features
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, DevOps, QA, and Design to deliver high-impact solutions
Write clear and concise product specifications and user stories
Contribute to API design and integration workflows for internal and external products
Utilize working knowledge of Java, RESTful APIs, and database systems to guide and validate technical decisions
Monitor and manage product performance, incidents, and deployments through DevOps pipelines
Champion best practices in Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure
Engage with stakeholders to align product vision, roadmap, and KPIs
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of experience in technical product management or related roles
Hands-on technical background with working knowledge of Java, REST APIs, and SQL/NoSQL Databases
Solid understanding of DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD, monitoring, cloud deployments)
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Strong communication skills to effectively interface between technical and business teams
Experience with product roadmap tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Aha!)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Prior experience working in SaaS or API-first platforms
