• Hands-on delivery of Salesforce solutions enhanced with AI & Agentforce  Configure and build Salesforce components while embedding AI-powered features using Agentforce to drive measurable business outcomes.
• End-to-end project involvement with strong functional ownership  Engage across the full lifecycle—from requirements discovery and user stories to UAT, deployment, and release management.
• Customer-facing role with pre-sales and value-driven impact  Educate stakeholders on AI automation, support proposals and PoCs, and clearly articulate the ROI and transformational potential of Salesforce AI.

Annual Salary : 8 million yen and above

Responsibilities:

• Solution Delivery: Configure and build Salesforce components—Lightning pages, Flows, validation rules, data objects—embedding AI-powered features
• Agentforce Integration: Design, test, and refine Agentforce bots and AI-driven user experiences; ensure alignment with business processes and measurable outcomes
• Requirements & Analysis: Facilitate discovery workshops; elicit, document, and translate business requirements into epics and user stories with AI-readiness focus
• Testing & Quality: Lead UAT and regression testing; debug defects in functionality or performance, and oversee transition to testing teams
• Deployment Support: Use DevOps/release-management tools (change sets, pipelines); coordinate sandbox refreshes and environment migrations
• Client Communication: Educate stakeholders on declarative functionality and AI automation; manage expectations and negotiate solutions proactively
• PreSales Engagement: Participate in proposals and proof-of-concepts, articulating ROI and transformational potential of Agentforce & AI cloud

Job Qualification:

• 4+ year of experience
• Salesforce Expertise: Hands-on with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning, and declarative development tools
• AI & Agentforce: Experience or strong aptitude in deploying Salesforce AI features—generative assistants, predictive analytics, intelligent routing

Language Skills: Native Japanese level with business level English or both Japanese and English with Business level
