In this role, you will manage a broad array of administrative functions and services vital to the effective operation and management of the Lyman Run State Park Complex. You will confidently execute complex, multi-faceted tasks related to park operations, human resources, procurement, budgeting, and employee training. Your exceptional skills in interpreting rules and regulations will enable you to make informed decisions that affect park operations, visitors, and staff. Furthermore, you will establish clear work objectives, plan and organize tasks, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and consistently prepare work schedules to achieve optimal staffing levels.
