■Company Profile
We are a Japanese subsidiary of a major global wholesale business group. We are actively promoting global M&A and establishment of joint ventures to accelerate business expansion.

■The Role
This position oversees the group's consolidated financial statements and disclosure operations, and leads the integration of newly acquired companies (PMI), accounting business process improvement, and financial management with a focus on overseas subsidiaries.

・Implementation of consolidated financial statements and preparation of disclosure materials
・Checking and management of financial statements of group companies
・Liaison with business side
・PMI support for newly acquired companies
・International tax and transfer pricing support
・Proposal and promotion of improvement of accounting business processes
・Response to external stakeholders (financial institutions, etc.)

■Your Skills
・Experience in finance and accounting practice and disclosure
・Experience in accounting audit at an audit firm, etc.
・Fluent level of Japanese, business level of English (reading and writing level also acceptable)
