【Position Overview】
We are seeking a candidate for a managerial position in our Finance & Accounting department. The role will be responsible for accounting operations, financial reporting, and tax compliance. The position also involves improving accounting processes for new businesses, developing team members, and maintaining internal controls.

【Key Responsibilities】

• Prepare and manage monthly and annual closings and financial reports

• Manage assets, payments, and accounts receivable

• Oversee cash management and strengthen coordination with internal and external stakeholders

• Handle tax filings and respond to audits

• Supervise and improve accounting operations

• Mentor and develop team members

• Establish and maintain internal controls

【Qualifications】

• 4-5 years of experience in accounting and finance at a listed company, multinational corporation, or audit firm

• Practical knowledge and experience with US GAAP or IFRS

• Fluent in Japanese and business-level English (both written and spoken)
