■Company Profile

• This position is for an accounting manager for a foreign company that operates globally in the healthcare industry. The Japanese subsidiary is currently undergoing organizational restructuring and operational improvement, and is looking for someone who can oversee the accounting department and lead operational reform. This is an ideal position for someone who wants to be involved in a wide range of activities from accounting practices to project promotion, making full use of English.

■The Role

• Oversee daily, monthly, and annual closing operations for multiple domestic corporations
• Manage and provide operational support to accounting team
• Maintain and operate accounting processes for receivables and payables, expense reimbursement, internal controls, etc.
• Tax reporting (corporate tax, consumption tax, transfer pricing) and support for external tax accountants and audits
• Reporting collaboration with overseas headquarters and regions (English support) Reporting collaboration with overseas headquarters and regions (including English support)
• Promotion of accounting projects such as business integration, business improvement, and new system implementation

■Your Skills

• More than 10 years of work experience in the field of accounting and finance
• Business level or above in Japanese and English (ability to deal with both internally and externally in both languages)
