C ompany Profile

• A leading player in the service food industry is seeking motivated individuals to join its growing team in Japan. With a strong emphasis on speed, quality, and customer satisfaction, the company operates a large and expanding network of delivery-focused stores nationwide.

The Role

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings in accordance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., JGAAP, USGAAP, IFRS)
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reports and supporting documentation
• Support statutory and internal audits by preparing required documentation and responding to auditor inquiries
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information and resolve discrepancies

Y our Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience, including experience with closing and audits
• Knowledge of JGAAP, USGAAP, or IFRS (as applicable)
• Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) preferred
• High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
• CPA, Nissho Boki (簿記) Level 2 or higher certification is a plus
• Fluency in both Japanese & English
