What You’ll Do as Academic Director:

• Lead Academic Excellence : Drive the strategic vision for the school’s academic program, ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning across all grade levels.
• Curriculum Innovation : Lead the development and enhancement of the American curriculum , integrating innovative teaching methodologies, digital learning tools, and forward-thinking educational practices.
• Foster a Collaborative Culture : Inspire and lead a highly skilled, diverse team of educators, fostering an environment of continuous improvement, collaboration, and professional growth.
• Student Success : Oversee the academic performance of all students, ensuring they receive a holistic, student-centred education that prepares them for success in a globalized world.
• Strategic Leadership : Collaborate with senior leadership to align academic objectives with school-wide goals, manage school resources effectively, and build strong relationships with parents and the wider community.

Job Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Education or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an academic leader in an American curriculum school , with a proven track record of academic success .
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills , with the ability to motivate and support a team of diverse educators.
• Deep knowledge of the American education system and a passion for fostering a culture of academic excellence.
• Strong experience in curriculum development , assessment , and educational innovation .
