Position Summary:
The General Production Worker position is primarily responsible for sorting and separating the onion rings as they come out of the auger following the standard operating procedures. One day a week, this shift also assists with Sanitation duties .
2 nd shift hours are Monday- Friday, 3 pm- 11 pm.

Qualifications:
2 + years production or general manufacturing experience.
Ability to comprehend and communicate in Basic English and interact with all levels of the organization.
Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours per shift and lift up to 60 pounds for sanitation.
Physical Demand:
Constant : use and movement of hands, forward head/neck flexion, and standing on regularly scheduled shift.
Frequently: Grasping of hands, pushing with thumbs and fingers, and reaching for 8 hours daily.
Occasionally: Walking, bending at the waist, squatting, kneeling, and twisting at the neck and waist.
The employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance on ladders work from heights; stoop, kneel, sit, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee must lift and/or push up to 60 pounds to include the carriages for the batter machines or barrels of breading up to 40-60 inches from ground. The employee must grasp 50 pounds of force when using the high-pressure gun. The employee must occasionally push carts weighing up to 450 pounds with 30 pounds of force.

Compensation Package :$20 USD hourly + bonus eligibility
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education/training, and other organizational needs.
Shift Differential Pay : $3 USD hourly
